REFUND POLICY
All purchases of Life ReNewed are non-refundable once payment has been initiated (initiated = submission of full one-time payment, or a first payment in an installment payment-plan; if an installment plan has been initiated, all installments must be made in full).
When you purchase this program you are committing to follow all the steps outlined. This course is not solely about intaking information, it is designed with actionable steps for you to take.
If you are dissatisfied by day 30, you will be required to contact Allyson Kleinbrodt at vitanuovacoaching (at) gmail (dot) com and attach all your completed work for the 30 days in order to process your refund request. If you enroll through any special rate that grants you free, reduced, or special-rate access to the program, unless otherwise noted, you are not eligible for any refund (full or partial), and if there was a paying customer that invited you for free/reduced-rate enrollment, s/he cannot request any refund (neither full nor partial) on your behalf.

ONE TO ONE COACHING WITH ALLYSON
One-to-One Coaching packages with Allyson (both promotional and regular rates) are non-refundable once payment has been initiated (whether full one-time payment, or a first payment in an installment payment-plan; if an installment plan has been initiated, all installments must be made in full). RESCHEDULING
For all private and one-to-one coaching sessions with Allyson rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session via email to

Rescheduling requests or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session are
ineligible for rescheduling, and the session is forfeited. Any rescheduling is at the discretion of
Allyson Kleinbrodt and her availability.
